Cut the strawberries into quarters. To a bowl, add the cream cheese and beat until soft. Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered allulose. Whip using a hand mixer to slightly stiff peaks.

Transfer the mixture to a piping bag. Begin assembling the mini dessert cups by adding a layer of chopped strawberries at the bottom of the glass, followed by a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Add another layer of strawberries, the cream cheese mixture, and then some blueberries on top.

Transfer the dessert cups to the fridge and chill for about 30 minutes before serving. Serve cold. Store leftover dessert cups in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
