Step 1
To prepare the Keto condensed milk, whisk 1 cup of heavy cream and the powdered sweetener until combined in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then drop the heat to low. Let the mixture simmer for 20 -25 until reduced by half, set aside to cool.

To a blender’s pitcher, add the freeze-dried strawberries. Blend until it turns into powder. Set aside.

To a bowl, add the remaining heavy cream. Beat using a hand mixer until it reaches stiff peaks. Sprinkle the powdered strawberries on top.

Pour the Keto condensed milk into the bowl with the whipped heavy cream. Beat until combined. You can crush more pieces of freeze-dried strawberries for a crunch if desired.
Step 5
Pour the ice cream mixture into a container. Secure with a lid and place in the freezer. Take the ice cream out of the freezer every 30 minutes, and whisk. Repeat for the first 2 hours.
Step 6
The ice cream will take around 4 hours in total to set. Take it out of the freezer, scoop, and serve immediately. Let it thaw on the counter for 10-20 minutes before serving if it is too hard.
