A supreme pizza has a little bit of everything: tender olives, crispy peppers, and fresh spinach. With the addition of a blend of cheeses, this pizza pleases everyone! This recipe requires the Carb Manager Chicken Pizza Crust, which you will need to make in advance and have frozen for use. Prepare your pizza crust the night before for a quick assembly later!
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the olives, spinach, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese by chopping the ingredients as shown.
Place your already prepared, frozen chicken pizza crust on a flat surface. Brush the olive oil over the crust and distribute the salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic, oregano, and basil across it.
Arrange the olives, spinach, and bell pepper over the pizza.
Arrange the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the veggies.
For baking, line the bottom of a baking dish that has been turned over with parchment paper. The dish needs to be the same size or larger than your pizza. Using the pan you used to freeze your chicken crust will be best. Place the pizza on top of the parchment paper.
If your chicken crust has become soft during assembly, place it back in the freezer for 5-10 minutes so it can stiffen. Then, bake your pizza for about 35 minutes or until the cheese and crust are golden brown.
When done baking, remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top. Let the pizza cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
