Combine the coconut flour, coconut milk, coconut oil, water, baking soda, psyllium husk powder, and sea salt in a tall (12 oz) microwave-safe coffee mug. Stir well until everything is combined evenly. The dough will be thick.

Place the mug into the microwave and cook on high for 1 ½ minute. The bread will puff considerably and then settle back down. Allow cooling slightly before serving directly from the mug.
