How to Make It

Step 1

Wash and roughly chop the lettuce. Slice the pepper. Prepare your ingredients by placing the smoked turkey, pepper, and lettuce on a plate.

Step 2

Lay a slice of smoked turkey on a plate or cutting board. Place some lettuce on top, then one teaspoon of mayonnaise and two slices of pepper. Optionally, add your favorite herbs and roll it all up in the turkey slice.

Step 3

Place the rolls into one side of your meal prep containers. Peel and slice the avocado. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Place the avocado and cherry tomatoes next to the rolls.

Step 4

Place the almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and blueberries next to your rolls. The blueberries can be enjoyed as an after-lunch snack. Optionally, garnish with two lemon slices.

Step 5

Slice the cucumber and place it into your lunchbox. Crumble or grate the cheese. Sprinkle the rolls with cheese. Enjoy!

  • Blueberries, fresh – 15 g
  • Almonds, dry roasted, salted – 15 g
  • Cucumber – 1 medium
  • Pumpkin or squash seeds, shelled, salted – 15 g
  • Sunflower seeds, dry roasted, salted – 15 g
  • Cheddar cheese, natural – 40 g
