Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cut the meat into thin strips. Add to the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the pan and set it aside.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and pat dry the cherry tomatoes. Add the butter to the pan and allow it to melt. Once the butter has completely melted, add the garlic, green beans, and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Return the meat to the pan and stir well. Taste and optionally add more salt or pepper. You can add a few drops of your favorite hot sauce. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer to serving plates. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
