Keto seafood recipes are an excellent way to add more nutrition to your Keto diet menu. This fantastic Keto seafood bisque is made with shrimps, but you can use the same amount of lobster tails for equally delicious results. The white wine gives this creamy soup its unique flavor, but you can replace it with the same amount of fish or shrimp broth. This amazing soup will last for a couple of days in the refrigerator, which is perfect for a make-ahead lunch or dinner. Serve with finely chopped parsley and a pinch of cayenne pepper. It also pairs perfectly with your favorite Keto-friendly toast. Enjoy!
Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour in the wine. Add the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, thyme, paprika, cayenne, and black pepper. Mix well and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
Using an immersion blender, blend the mixture until smooth. Taste and optionally add some more salt or pepper. You can also add a few drops of lemon juice.
Add the shrimps to the pan. Optionally, finely chop half of the shrimps. Pour in the heavy cream and broth. Add the butter and mix well. Cook, covered, for another 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with finely chopped parsley and cayenne pepper. It pairs perfectly with some fresh lemon juice.
