Preheat the oven to 350° (175°C). Line two baking trays with parchment paper. Add the mozzarella and cream cheese to a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave for 1 minute or until the cheese has completely melted. Remove from the microwave and stir the cheese together. Cool for a couple of minutes.

Add the olive oil, eggs, garlic powder, and almond flour. Using a hand mixer, beat on medium speed until completely combined. Optionally, add some more garlic powder or dried herbs to taste.

Spread half of the mixture over the prepared baking tray, creating a circle. Flatten the surface as evenly as possible. Optionally, sprinkle some seeds over the flatbread.
Step 5
Bake for 15 minutes or until the bread turns golden. Remove from the pan and cool for 10 minutes. Remove the bread from the baking tray and serve immediately.
