How to Make It
Step 1
Add the butter, milk, vanilla extract, and rum extract to a small saucepan. Stir well and heat over medium heat. Once the butter has completely melted, remove it from the heat and set aside.
Step 2
Grind the sunflower seeds and walnuts in a food processor or coffee/spice grinder until you get a flour-like consistency. Add to a bowl along with golden flaxseed meal and erythritol. Mix well to combine.
Step 3
Add the mixture to the pan and mix well. Cook for a couple of minutes more, stirring constantly. Add some unsweetened almond milk if the mixture is too thick for your taste.
Step 4
Transfer to serving bowls. Optionally, top with some low-carb berries and maple-flavored syrup. Serve immediately.
