Wash the celery and spinach and roughly chop them. Peel the cucumber and ginger, and roughly chop them as well. Slice the avocado, deseed it, and scoop out the required amount.

Add the chopped spinach, celery, cucumber, ginger, and avocado to your blender’s pitcher. Zest the lemon and add 1 tsp into the blender. Add the coconut oil, turmeric powder, stevia, and coconut milk.

Blend until a smooth green beverage forms. If it is too thick, you can add a little more water or coconut milk. Taste the beverage and adjust its sweetness to your liking.

Pour the smoothie into a glass. Sprinkle the chia seeds on the surface. Serve immediately.
