Cut the chicken into strips, mince the garlic, slice the onion and bell pepper, and slice the mushrooms. Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium heat, then add the chicken. Sauté the chicken until slightly golden and cooked through.

To the skillet with the chicken, add the minced garlic, onion, bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms, and toss to combine. Sauté for about 4 minutes until mushrooms are slightly golden and the onions are wilted.

Lower the heat and add the tamari sauce and chili sauce. Stir to coat everything evenly. Continuously stir to allow the vegetables to absorb the sauce. The mixture will bubble and slightly thicken.

Turn off the heat, remove the skillet from the stove, and serve immediately. Garnish with the sesame seeds and a crack of fresh black pepper. This stir-fry can be enjoyed with a side of cauliflower rice. Enjoy!
