These delicious chicken thighs are coated with a zesty sauce and then baked until perfectly tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. This fantastic Keto 5-ingredient lunch will feed three people, but you can double the recipe to feed more. It’s absolutely delicious when served hot directly from the oven, but they also taste great the next day! The recipe takes only 10 minutes of your actual work, and the oven does the rest!
How to Make It
Step 1
Add the sauce, cayenne, paprika, and sweetener to a bowl. Mix well. Optionally, adjust the amount of cayenne according to your taste.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper or grease with some butter. Add the chicken thighs to the prepared baking dish.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the thighs, making sure to coat each well. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake for another 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and transfer to serving plates. Optionally, garnish with some chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
