Peel and mince the garlic. Add the butter and olive oil to a large pan and heat over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Spiralize the zucchini. Add the zucchini to the pan with garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Remove from the pan and drain.
Step 3
Add the cream cheese to the same pan. Reduce the heat to medium-low and gently melt the cheese. Stir constantly.
Step 4
Shred the parmesan. Add the parmesan and garlic powder to the pan and mix well. Optionally, add some salt or black pepper to taste.
Step 5
Return the zucchini to the pan and mix well. Transfer to serving plates. Garnish with parsley and, optionally, some more shredded parmesan. Enjoy!
