Preheat the oven to 325 F/ 180C. Line an 8-inch/20 cm baking dish with parchment paper. To a medium-size bowl, add the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and sunflower seed butter.

Fold until combined and all the seeds are well coated in the seed butter. Pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and press it down firmly with a spatula until you have an even layer. Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven and place on a cooling rack. Using a large spoon or spatula, press down the mixture again, and then allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, gently lift the bars with the parchment from the pan and transfer them to a cutting board.
Step 4
Use a sharp knife to cut into 8 even bars. Serve immediately. Store in an airtight container and place a piece of parchment between the bars to avoid sticking together.
