Just like the Vietnamese avocado smoothie some of us grew up on, this cold, creamy, delicious, and slightly sweet
Slice the avocado open and remove the seed. Scoop out the flesh of one half and place it in a blender. Add the almond milk, ice, and swerve.
Blend with a blender stick or small blender until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Serve immediately!
