Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the peppers and parsley. Add the chicken breasts, peppers, parsley, tomatoes, cayenne pepper, turmeric, cumin, and salt to the pan. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
