Preheat the oven to 350 F (177 C). Crumble the pork rinds to “popcorn” sized pieces. Place them onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.

Place the toasted pork rinds into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle over the melted butter and half of the powdered salt. Taste adding more of the remaining powdered salt as desired.
