How to Make It

Step 1

To make 8 oz of celery juice, you will need approx. 1 lb celery. If you have a high-quality juice, simply juice your celery! To make celery juice with a food processor, cut you celery into small pieces (after washing). Blend for 1-2 minutes until the juice is very separated. Then, press the pulp through a sieve to extract all the juice. You may need to strain 2-3 times to remove all pulp.

Step 2

Stir fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar into the juice. At your discretion, you may add stevia. Drink right away.
