Preheat your oven to 300F/150C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stack the nori sheets on top of each other and cut them into squares using scissors. The easiest way is to cut the stack into 4 equal strips, then cut each strip bundle into 4 squares.

Lay the nori chips flat onto the prepared baking sheet. Lightly brush the pieces with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy. Keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly and become bitter. Let them cool before serving!
