Ingredients
- 2 large Cucumbers English/Continental
- 3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- ¼ cup Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Tamari Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sukrin Gold
- ½ teaspoon Sichuan Pepper ground
- ½ teaspoon Coriander ground
- ½ teaspoon Cumin ground
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
Instructions
- Halve the cucumber and cut into thick slices. Place in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Leave to marinate for 3 hours.
- Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and enjoy.
