Ingredients

  • 2 large Cucumbers English/Continental
  • 3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Tamari Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sukrin Gold
  • ½ teaspoon Sichuan Pepper ground
  • ½ teaspoon Coriander ground
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin ground
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions

  • Halve the cucumber and cut into thick slices. Place in a large bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Leave to marinate for 3 hours.
  • Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and enjoy.
