These crispy chicken wings are marinated in an aromatic curried sauce then baked until golden and caramelized.
How to Make It
Step 1
Add the olive oil, tomato purée, dried spices, lemon zest, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Crush the garlic and finely grate the ginger and add to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
Step 2
Add the chicken wings to a large mixing bowl and spoon over the marinade. Use your hands to massage the marinade into the chicken so that it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 4
Arrange the marinated wings across a shallow oven tray.
Step 5
Transfer to the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes until crisp and golden, turning halfway through.
