These easy Italian inspired chicken thighs are slow cooked with rich passata sauce, salty olives and capers and topped with tangy parmesan cheese to serve.
How to Make It
Step 1
Arrange the chicken thighs in the base of the crockpot.
Step 2
Pour over the passata and add the vinegar, seasonings, olives and capers. Stir to coat the chicken.
Step 3
Cover and cook on high for two hours or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
Step 4
Scatter with the parmesan and chopped fresh basil to serve.
