You will love this Keto Butter Pecan Affogato. The butter pecan flavor pairs perfectly with deep rich coffee flavors. Our Keto affogato is made using strongly brewed espresso ice cream poured on top of Keto butter pecan ice cream. The affogato is topped with shavings of dark chocolate to make everything so decadent and delicious. It is an easy Keto treat to make that is as fancy as it is simple to make.

How to Make It

Step 1

Divide the ice cream using a small ice cream scoop into small shot glasses. Feel free to use any flavor of Keto ice cream you would like for this step. Here we chose to use a butter pecan flavor. Place the shot glasses with the ice cream into the freezer to chill while preparing the espresso.

Step 2

Make the espresso using an espresso machine. If you do not have an espresso machine, you can use a Moka pot, French press, or traditional coffee machine using extra grounds to make strong coffee. Allow the coffee to cool slightly before pouring it onto the chilled ice cream.

Step 3

Pour the coffee over the ice cream. finely shave/grate the chocolate and sprinkle over the top. Serve immediately!
