This super simple peanut butter fudge is rich, sweet and creamy with only a few ingredients. This is perfect for snacking or a post dinner treat the whole family can enjoy!
How to Make It
Step 1
Gently warm the peanut butter on the stove or in a microwave until soft. Add to a food processor with the butter, vanilla and lakanto syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 2
Line a 6 x 4 dish or mould with baking paper and pour in the peanut butter mixture. Transfer to the fridge for a minimum of two hours or until set.
Step 3
Once set, slice into 8 squares to serve.
