Doing Keto on a budget can be very easy! These Keto chicken bites require just 15 minutes of actual work for a budget Keto meal your entire family will love. Please note that the whole prep time includes the time necessary to marinate the meat. This step is not essential, but we highly advise it.
These easy Keto chicken bites are spicy and juicy with an exquisite flavor that works perfectly with your favorite Keto sides. Leftovers can also be a quick afternoon snack, especially with some Keto-friendly dip or sauce. Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices for a new flavor each time you prepare them. Serve with some fresh lettuce and tomatoes or even some shredded cheese. They are delicious with Greek yogurt as well.

How to Make It

Step 1

Pat dry the meat. Place on a large cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Transfer the meat to a large bowl. Add the olive oil and melted butter. Mix well to coat the meat with oil and butter.

Step 3

Add the sriracha, paprika, dried thyme, dried chives, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well again, making sure to coat each piece with spices. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Remove the meat from the refrigerator and spread it in an even layer over the prepared baking tray.

Step 5

Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir the meat with a spatula. Place back in the oven and continue to cook for another 7-10 minutes or until fully cooked through.

Step 6

When done, remove from the oven and serve immediately. It pairs perfectly with fresh vegetables and your favorite Keto dips. It is also great when served over cauliflower rice.
