How to Make It
Step 1
Bring the butter to room temperature so that it is very soft. Add to a mixing bowl along with the erythritol, chili powder, lime juice, salt and cocoa powder. Beat together until smooth and well combined.
Step 2
Form the butter into a rough log shape, about 1.5 inches thick on a square of Saran Wrap or baking paper.
Step 3
Tightly wrap the butter and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm and then slice to serve.
