Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400F/200C. To prepare the dough for the Keto fries, mix the almond flour and xanthan gum in a bowl. Pour the hot water slowly using one hand while whisking with the other until the dough comes together.

Set the bowl aside for 15 minutes. Place the dough between two pieces of oiled parchment paper. Roll it out until ¼ inch thick and slice into thin “fries.”
Step 3
Transfer half of the sliced dough pieces to your air fryer. Brush both sides generously with oil. Fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining fries.

Season the fries with salt and your desired seasoning. Feel free to top with cheese, bacon, or fried onions. Serve warm.
