These Keto green bean chips make a deliciously salty and crunchy low carb snack. Our quick and easy green bean chips are simply prepared with frozen green beans, olive oil, and sea salt. Once prepared, the green beans are cooked for a few hours at a low oven temperature until perfectly crisp and crunchy. These make a great substitute snack to carb-heavy potato chips.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the frozen green beans to a large bowl. Drizzle over the olive oil and sprinkle over the salt. Mix well to coat with your hands.

Step 2

Arrange the beans in an even layer across a large shallow oven tray. Place on a low oven shelf. Transfer to the oven and bake for 1.5 hours.

Step 3

Remove the tray from the oven and flip the beans over with a spatula. Return to the oven for a further 1.5 hours. The beans should be crisp and crunchy but can be cooked longer as needed. Allow to cool, then serve on their own as a snack or with your favorite dipping sauce.
