Strawberries, on the other hand, are amazing low-carb fruit you can enjoy in moderation while doing Keto.

How to Make It

Step 1

Slice the strawberries. Add them to a large pan. Add the sweetener and mix well. Cook for 35-40 minutes over medium-low heat.

Step 2

Add the chia seeds and lemon juice. Taste and optionally add more sweetener. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from the heat and let the jam cool to room temperature. Transfer jars and let the jam cool completely before refrigerating. Serve immediately or store for later.
