You’re not going to want to miss out on these delicious Keto sheet pan burgers. Each beefy burger is seasoned and filled with other Keto ingredients, so they won’t fall apart on you. The burgers are stuffed with slices of cheddar cheese, which melt in the oven to create gooey centers. Feel free to use smoked cheddar for extra flavor! After you cook the sheet pan burgers in your oven, you’ll load them into store-bought or homemade Keto hamburger buns. Pick your favorite burger toppings, which are all optional to you. How to Make It

Step 1

Turn on an oven to preheat to 375 F (190 C) and spray a sheet pan lightly with pan spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme. Use a wooden spoon or your hand to mix the meat until all the ingredients are incorporated. Next, portion the meat into 6-ounce portions.

Step 2

Divide the portions onto your prepared sheet pan. Cut or fold whole slices of cheddar cheese into quarters. Roll one portion of meat into a round ball, then flatten it. Press the equivalent of 1 slice of cheese into the center of the meat, then fold the meat back over the cheese. Shape the meat into a burger patty. Repeat the process to finish stuffing all the burgers.

Step 3

Cook the tray of pub burgers in your oven for 12 minutes. Next, turn your broiler on high. Continue cooking the burgers under your broiler for about 6-7 minutes until the burgers are done. This cooking time makes a medium-well burger. Let the burgers rest while you prepare the buns.

Step 4

Begin heating a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, spread ½ teaspoon of mayonnaise across a pair of Keto buns. When the skillet is hot, place the buns in it to start grilling the mayonnaise. Grill the bun until it has golden edges. Repeat this step of spreading mayonnaise and cooking the buns until all the buns are prepared.

Step 5

To assemble your burgers, add any additional toppings and condiments that you’d like. Suggestions for Keto toppings are made in the recipe introduction. Sandwich a hot, cheesy burger between the grilled Keto buns. You can slice the burgers in half if you wish.
