These easy crockpot chicken thighs are slow cooked in a rich tomato sauce with aromatic spices, onion and garlic.
How to Make It
Step 1
Arrange the chicken thighs in the base of the crockpot.
Step 2
Thinly slice the onion and garlic and scatter over the chicken.
Step 3
Add the passata, syrup, vinegar, cumin, paprika, mustard powder, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
Step 4
Pour the tomato sauce over the chicken thighs and stir to coat. Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on high for two hours until the chicken is cooked through.
