These kebabs may be simple but they are packed with strong, bold flavors. From the sweet tangy balsamic vinegar, to the hot mustard, they are guaranteed to bring a little excitement to the dinner table!
How to Make It
Step 1
Dice the zucchini into ½ inch discs or wedges and crush the garlic. Add both to a large mixing bowl with the diced sirloin, olive oil, mustard, and balsamic vinegar.
Step 2
Using your hands, massage the seasonings in to the steak, cover and marinade in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 3
Whilst the mixture is marinating, place 4 wooden kebab skewers in water to soak so that they do not catch in the oven.
Step 4
Dividing the marinated mixture evenly, thread the steak pieces on to the kebab skewers and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Heat the grill to high and grill for 15 minutes or until cooked to taste, turning frequently.
