How to Make It

Step 1

Combine almond flour, shredded coconut, and granulated sweetener in a bowl. Whisk thoroughly to combine. Adjust sweetener to taste if desired.

Add 6 tbsp of butter to the dry ingredients. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, beat until fully combined. The mixture should be crumbly, which is normal.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a 20×20 cm (8×8 inch) baking pan with parchment paper. Press the prepared dough evenly into the pan.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. The crust should be lightly golden brown but still soft to the touch. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely.

  • Heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp
  • Salt 0.13 tsp
