This low-carb apple cider buttered rum is so delicious that you'll be making it for years. It's super easy to prepare, requires just a few staple ingredients, and about 10 minutes of your time! The end result is a fantastic low-carb warm fall drink recipe with just 3g of net carbs per serving. It's an excellent addition to your low-carb fall recipes. We used cinnamon apple tea for this recipe, but you can use apple cider-flavored tea or your favorite apple tea instead. How to Make It

Step 1

Heat water on the stovetop. Once boiled, remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Allow it to steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags.

Step 2

Melt the butter in a microwave. Add the butter, maple-flavored syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined.

Step 3

Stir the butter mixture into the warm tea. Add the rum and mix well. The butter mixture should be completely dissolved.

Step 4

Transfer to serving cups. Optionally, sprinkle some more cinnamon on top. Serve warm.

  • Cinnamon Apple Spice Herbal Tea Caffeine Free 2 tea bag
  • Boiling water 2 cup
