This fantastic beef ravioli is one of our favorite Keto Italian recipes. It's effortless to prepare and tastes just like the traditional ravioli. Creamy beef filling is seasoned with some Italian herbs and spices and then combined with low-carb marinara and spinach for a fantastic and filling dinner you can prepare for the entire family. You can adjust the amount of seasoning according to your taste or add some other fresh or dried herbs to the meat mixture (fresh basil and a pinch of chives would work perfectly). This lovely dish is prepared in about 35 minutes and is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. Serve your Keto beef ravioli with some more low-carb marinara and a handful of shredded parmesan. Enjoy!

How to Make It

Step 1

Grease a large pan with olive oil and heat up over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the beef has browned, drain off any excess fat.

Step 2

Roughly chop the spinach. Add the spinach, low-carb marinara, and cream cheese to the pan. Season with salt, dried oregano, and garlic powder. Mix well to combine.

Step 3

Continue to cook for another 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. When done, taste and optionally add more salt or black pepper. Set it aside.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Cut the cheese into 12 equal triangles and place them on the prepared baking tray. Bake for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese melts. You might need to do this in batches.

Step 5

Remove the cheese from the oven. Add some of the prepared beef mixture on one side of the baked cheese triangle. Carefully pull the other side over to create a ravioli.

Step 6

Optionally, broil the prepared ravioli for a few minutes before serving. Serve with some more low-carb marinara and shredded parmesan. Enjoy!
