Add the almond milk, heavy cream, peanut butter, maple-flavored syrup, and cinnamon to a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk while it warms up, and whisk until everything is incorporated. Take it off the heat as soon as small bubbles begin to form.

Add the hot coffee to a mug. Pour the warm milk mixture on top. Garnish with cinnamon and serve immediately.
