Peel and slice the garlic. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.

Wash the Swiss chard thoroughly under cold water. Trim the tough stems from the chard leaves and discard. Chop the chard leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Add the chopped Swiss chard leaves to the skillet. Toss them with the garlic-infused olive oil until evenly coated. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until the leaves are wilted and tender.

Taste and season with salt. Remove the Swiss chard from the heat. Optionally, stir in some more minced garlic or add a drizzle of olive oil.

Crumble the feta cheese. Transfer the prepared Swiss chard to plates and top with crumbled feta. Enjoy!
