Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Prep six spaces in a muffin tin with pan spray, and set a salami slice in each muffin cup.

Chop the olives and banana pepper rings, and distribute them amongst the salami cups. Chop the mozzarella cheese into small chunks and distribute these as well.
Step 3
Bake the hot salami cups in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the edges of the salami turn golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow the salami cups to cool slightly before eating.
