Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.

Arrange the macadamia nuts across the lined oven tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 7-8 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3
Transfer the toasted nuts to a food processor and blend to form a fine crumb
Step 4
Add the shredded coconut, lime, xylitol and sea salt and blend again until well combined.
Step 5
Add the coconut oil to the food processor and blend until you have a creamy, smooth nut butter – about 5-10 minutes. The butter will thicken on standing and once refrigerated.
