Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the beef, cooking until browned all over.

Add the spices, stock and tomatoes and stir well to combine. Bring to a simmer, cooking until the liquid has reduced right down and the beef is cooked through.

Divide the beef between two of the pitta breads, topping each with sour cream, grated cheese and sliced scallions.
