How to Make It

Step 1

Add the ground pork and turkey to a large mixing bowl. Crush the garlic and finely chop the cranberries. Add the garlic, cranberries, orange zest, sage, thyme, onion powder, salt and pepper to the bowl. Mix together well to combine.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly oil a shallow oven tray. Divide the meat mixture into 14 even portions and roll into balls. Arrange the meatballs across the prepared oven tray.

Step 3

Transfer the tray to the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. The meatballs should be completely cooked through and golden brown all over. Cook longer as needed. Serve with your favorite low carb festive dipping sauce.

  • Reduced Sugar Craisin Dried Cranberries by Ocean Spray – 1 tablespoon
  • Sage, Dried – 1 teaspoon
  • Thyme, Dried – 1 teaspoon
  • Orange Peel Or Zest Raw – 1 tsp
  • Onion Powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt, Sea Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
