Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Trim the tough ends from the asparagus and discard. Arrange the prepared asparagus spears on a clean work surface.

Slice each strip of bacon in half lengthwise. Take one of the asparagus spears and wrap a sliced piece of bacon tightly along the length of the spear. The bacon should twist around the spear so that some of the asparagus is still exposed. Repeat this with the remaining spears and bacon, so they are all covered.
Step 3
Arrange the bacon-wrapped spears across a shallow oven tray. Drizzle over the olive oil and season with black pepper. Transfer to the oven to bake for 15-18 minutes, turning halfway through. The spears should be tender, and the bacon cooked through, crisp and golden. Serve the spears as dippers with our Keto cheese and pancetta dip.
