How to Make It

Step 1

Roughly dice the avocado and celery and thinly slice the radishes and scallions. Add to a large serving bowl along with the spinach and cilantro. Toss to combine.

Step 2

Quarter the eggs and arrange in amongst the salad.

Step 3

Whisk together the olive oil, sesame oil, tahini, chili flakes, tamari sauce and lime juice.

Step 4

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and scatter with the toasted sesame seeds to serve.

Ingredients

  • Radish, Raw – 4 large – 1″ to 1 1/4″ diameter
  • Baby Spinach – 2 cup
  • Hard Boiled Egg – 2 medium
  • Scallions – 2 large
  • Olive Oil – 1-½ tablespoon
  • Sesame Seeds, Hulled, Toasted, Unsalted – 1 teaspoon, whole pieces
  • Celery – 1 large – stalk – 11″ to 12″ long
  • Avocado – 1 each
  • Cilantro – 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame Oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Tamari Sauce – 1 teaspoon
  • Lime Juice, Fresh – 1 teaspoon
  • Tahini – ½ teaspoon
  • Hot Chili Pepper, Dried, With Seeds – ½ teaspoon
