Arrange the sea bass fillets on a clean work surface. Add the curry powder, salt and ground almonds to a small bowl. Mix the almonds and spices together well to combine.

Lightly dust the fish fillets all over in the curry and almond mixture. The fillets should be coated in a thin layer of breading on both sides. You may add more seasoning or curry powder if desired.

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over a medium heat. Swirl the oil around to coat the base of the skillet. Add the dusted fish fillets. Leave to cook on one side for a few minutes until lightly golden. Gently flip the fish and cook on the second side until golden and the fish is entirely cooked through. Serve alongside your preferred Keto sides.
