How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large shallow oven tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Arrange the chorizo slices across the lined oven tray.

Step 3

Spread a heaped teaspoon of manchego across the top of each chorizo slice.

Step 4

Sprinkle each cheese topped slice with a little oregano and black pepper.

Step 5

Transfer to the oven to bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling and the chorizo is crisp.

Step 6

Set aside to cool before serving.

  • Chorizo – 12 slice – 1-3/4″ diameter x 1/8″ thick
  • Shaved Manchego Cheese by Trader Joe’s – 12 teaspoon
  • Oregano, Dried – 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
