Add the Parmesan, cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper to a mixing bowl. Beat together well to combine.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag with a nozzle small enough to fit into the olives. Pipe each olive full with the cream cheese mixture.

Cut the bacon strips into three even segments and wrap one piece tightly around each stuffed olive so the ends overlap.

Place the bacon wrapped olives seam side down on a shallow oven tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 12 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and golden.
