Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly oil a shallow oven tray.

Very finely chop the onion and crush the garlic. Add to a mixing bowl along with the ground pork, herbs, spices, salt and pepper. Use your hands to mix together until well combined.
Step 3
Divide the mixture into 10 even portions and mold into small oblongs with your hands. Arrange across the prepared oven tray.
Step 4
Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until completely cooked through and golden brown all over.
