How to Make It

Step 1

Make the cranberry juice by adding frozen cranberries to a pot and filling it with enough water to submerge the cranberries (this is not the water listed in your ingredients). Heat the pot until the cranberries start simmering and bursting in the pot. Cook the cranberries down for several minutes until they’re soft enough to mash completely with the back of a fork.

Step 2

Remove the pot of cranberries from the heat, and use an immersion blender to blend the cranberries down to a pulp. Strain the warm cranberries through a sieve to extract all the juice, and discard the pulp. Add the cranberry juice, water, liquid stevia drops, vodka, peach schnapps, and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake the drink vigorously for 15-30 seconds until the shaker turns cold.

Step 3

Fill a tall glass with ice, then strain and pour your woo woo cocktail into the glass. You can garnish your woo woo with a slice of lime, slice of orange, cherries, or more cranberries. Keep a batch of mixed cocktails for up to 24 hours.
