Place the bone-in pork chops into a ziploc bag. In a small mixing bowl, combine the sesame seed oil, Gochugaru flakes, gochujang, paprika, granulated garlic, onion powder, kosher salt, and tamari. Mix the sauce well, then pour it over the pork in the bag.
Massage the bag all over until the pork is very well coated. Allow the meat to marinate in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours or overnight. Be sure to flip the bag over once so the marinade can redistribute.
Place the pork chops into the air fryer, two at a time. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and set the timer for 13-15 minutes. Note that the first batch of chops will take closer to 15 minutes if the air fryer is not preheated.
The pork chops are done when their internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part of the pork chop. Repeat with the remaining chops. Serve immediately!
Feel free to slice the meat off the bones prior to serving, or you can serve the chops with a steak knife and enjoy them at the dinner table. Serve with a Keto side like an Asian salad or cauliflower rice.
