How to Make It

Step 1

Combine the maple syrup, cayenne pepper, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine. Remove the bacon from the package and separate the slices.

Step 2

Place the slices on a rack in the air fryer basket. Use a silicone brush to coat the bacon on the top side. Set the air fryer to 375 F (190 C) for 7 minutes.

Step 3

Flip the bacon and brush with another coating on the second side. Set the air fryer for another 6-7 minutes until the bacon is crispy on all sides.

Step 4

Repeat with the remaining bacon. Serve immediately! Store leftover cooked bacon in the fridge.
